What is The purecrete™ RoadBASE System??

Unlike inorganic or petroleum-based products which temporarily hold soil materials together, Purecrete™ RBS causes the soil to bond during compaction into a dense permanent base which resists water penetration, weathering and wear. This process takes place in 72 hours under normal summer conditions.

Purecrete RBS saves time, materials, money and repairs.  The process creates 1 km of road in 1 week versus 1 month. Road builders can construct a road base using existing soil, saving on materials (if sufficient fines are present). Guaranteed roads with fewer repairs means builders save money. 

Purecrete™ RBS can be applied over a wide range of temperatures,  climates and locales; from near freezing to extreme heat, from a rain forest to a desert, from flat lake sides to hills.

Purecrete™ RBS travels in liquid concentrate form, eliminating bulk storage, or pre-mixing. It requires no special handling equipment and no special containment procedures. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and contains no combustible materials so can be used near open flames. It is non-gaseous and can be stored in poorly ventilated areas.

Purecrete™ RBS is a non-toxic, organic enzyme that does not irritate skin tissue, or cause rashes or burns.  It will not harm humans, animals, fish or vegetation under normal use and is completely biodegradable.

Purecrete™ RBS lowers the surface tension of water which promotes fast and thorough penetration and dispersal of moisture. This action causes hydrated clay particles to be pressed into and to fill the voids throughout the soil, thus forming a tight, dense permanent stratum. The increased lubricity of soil particles allows the designated soil density to be reached with less compaction effort.
